- For account help: include your username and the email address attached to the account. Do not send your password.
- For privacy or deletion requests: use the account email so we can verify ownership.
- For partnerships: include your website, social channel, audience size, and what you want to collaborate on.
Response times
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Bug reports and content corrections are usually reviewed first because they directly affect gameplay quality.
Advertising and media
For advertising, sponsorship, or media questions, email us with the subject line "Partnership". FCBallKnowledge does not sell user account data to advertisers.
