• Gameplay information such as scores, streaks, lives, coins, game history, daily challenge status, and multiplayer activity.
• Feedback or support messages you choose to send us.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate usage events, and error data needed to run and improve the service.

2. How we use information

• To provide accounts, login, profile features, leaderboards, daily challenges, and multiplayer rooms.
• To prevent abuse, duplicate manipulation, automated scoring, and other unfair gameplay behavior.
• To fix bugs, improve content quality, and understand which features are useful.
• To answer support, privacy, and correction requests.

3. Service providers

FCBallKnowledge uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend services. We may also use analytics, hosting, and advertising providers to operate the site. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

4. Cookies, local storage, and advertising

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language and game preferences, and support daily game state. If Google AdSense or other Google advertising products are enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal account data. Public gameplay elements such as usernames, ranks, total scores, and leaderboard positions may be visible to other users. Private account details such as email addresses are not shown publicly.

6. Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. You can request deletion by contacting hello@fcballknowledge.com. Deletion requests are processed after reasonable account ownership verification.

7. Children

FCBallKnowledge is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can review and remove the account if needed.

8. Your choices

• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
• You can use browser settings to clear cookies and local storage.
• You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google Ads Settings.
