By creating an account or using FCBallKnowledge, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FCBallKnowledge. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain unfair leaderboard advantages is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate scores or game outcomes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our backend systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Post offensive, abusive, or misleading content in your username or bio.

4. Game Content & Scoring

FCBallKnowledge provides football-themed quizzes, mini-games, and daily challenges for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, quiz content may occasionally contain errors. Scores, lives, and points exist within the app and have no monetary value.

5. Lives & In-Game Currency

Lives regenerate over time and are a gameplay mechanic only. We reserve the right to adjust how lives, points, and streaks work at any time as part of game balancing.

6. Referral Programme

Content creators who participate in our referral programme do so under a separate agreement. Referral codes must not be misused or distributed in a misleading manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FCBallKnowledge — including questions, game mechanics, branding, and code — is owned by FCBallKnowledge. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

FCBallKnowledge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed streaks, or interruptions to service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll do our best to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
